If you don't see your the Amazon Seller Monthly Subscription Fee inside your Profit Dashboard, it's because we intentionally exclude it from our calculations.

This monthly fee, which is typically $39.00 a month, is sent to us by Amazon by marketplace (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil), but without the correct currency type. This amounts in large differences in what is actually being charged and incorrect transactions being shown inside of the Profit Dashboard.

We have requested for Amazon to put these transactions all into the same currency, but that has not yet happened. Therefore, to ensure that your profit dashboard is not thrown off by these amounts, we are excluding those Amazon monthly subscription fees.
