With the Import COGS function in ZOOF's Profit Dashboard, you're able to quickly pull in the Cost of Goods Sold for all your products from Helium 10.

By using the import function, rather than adding these costs manually, you'll save yourself some of time and ZOOF will instantly be able to provide accurate profit numbers by including your COGS in our calculations.

Outline

  1. Export a CSV file with your COGS from Helium 10's Profits tool.

  2. Upload the CSV you just exported in the Product Costs section of ZOOF's Profit Dashboard.

  3. See accurate profit numbers in ZOOF!

Step 1: Exporting COGS from Helium 10

  • Open the Inventory Levels Page of Helium 10's Profits tool.

  • Click Export COGS in the top right corner and save the file to your device.

Step 2: Importing COGS Into ZOOF

  • Open the Product Costs Page of the ZOOF Profit Dashboard.

  • Click Import Costs to open the popup

  • In the popup that appears, click Next under 'Import from Another Amazon Tool'

  • Select Helium 10 from the dropdown

  • Drag and drop your exported CSV in the 'drop zone' just above the Upload Costs button

  • Click Upload Costs

  • You're done! ZOOF will now automatically import and process your COGS, and apply them to any relevant orders so that the numbers you see in the Profit Dashboard represent your true bottom line.
