How to Import Rank Tracker Keywords and History from ManageByStats

Quickly import all your keywords and historical ranking data into ZOOF from the ManageByStats Keyword Tracker.

With the ZOOF Rank Tracker's Import function, you're able to quickly pull in keywords and historical rankings from Manage By Stats (which we'll call MBS) for all your products.

By using the import function, rather than adding keywords manually, you'll save yourself some time and (critically) you'll preserve all the tracking history from before you began tracking with ZOOF.

This data will show up in your Rank Tracker graphs for each keyword as if you'd been tracking with ZOOF all along.

Outline

  1. Export your ranking data to a CSV file from the MBS Keyword Tracker

  2. Add your product(s) to the ZOOF Rank Tracker

  3. Upload the CSV you just exported

  4. See all your ranking data in ZOOF!

Step 1: Exporting Ranking Data from MBS

  • Log In to your MBS account.

  • In the sidebar, click Catapult -> Keywords Tracker to open the Keyword Tracker.

  • Select the product for which you want to export your data

  • Click CSV -> Only this ASIN to export your data for this product.

Step 2: Adding Your Product(s) to ZOOF

Before uploading the CSV you just exported, you'll need to add your product(s) to the ZOOF Rank Tracker (if you haven't already) so that you can import keywords and history.

  • Click Add Product to open the popup

  • In the popup, enter the ASIN of your product.

  • Leave the Keywords field blank

  • Click Add Product

  • You're done! Time to upload your keywords and history in Step 3.

Step 3: Importing Ranking Data Into ZOOF

  • Open the ZOOF Rank Tracker

  • Click the title of the product for which you just exported your data from MBS

  • Click the Import button to open the popup

  • From the dropdown in the popup, select ManageByStats

  • Drag and drop your exported CSV in the 'drop zone' just above the Import Keywords button

  • Click Import Keywords

  • You're done! ZOOF will now automatically import and process your data, and begin tracking your keywords.

Once the import has finished, you can confirm that the tracking history was imported successfully by clicking on the value in the Organic Rank column for one of your keywords. This will bring up a popup showing a graph of the ranking history that was just imported from MBS for the keyword you clicked.
