How to Connect Your Amazon Seller Central Account to ZOOF

Get your Seller Central account connected for use in the Profit Dashboard, for review requests, and more.

Connecting your Seller Central account is an important part of getting set up with ZOOF. Once your account is connected, ZOOF will import data such as products, orders, etc. from your seller account, which will enable you to use tools like the Profit Dashboard, and review requests in our chrome extension.

Connecting Your Seller Account to ZOOF

  • On this page, you'll see a section for Seller Accounts and one for PPC Accounts

  • In the Seller Accounts section, click Add Account

  • In the popup that appears, give this account a Nickname. This is just for you to identify the account in ZOOF.

  • Click the link that says Authenticate Your Seller Account

  • You'll be taken to Amazon Seller Central in a new tab. From there, click Next

  • You'll be asked to confirm that you want allow ZOOF to access your account. Click the I Understand checkbox and click Next

  • You'll be taken to a page confirming that you have successfully granted access. Copy and paste your Seller ID and MWS Auth Token from that page, and paste them in the respective fields in ZOOF, as shown below.

  • Click Add Token

And... you're done! You should receive a message in the bottom right corner of your screen confirming that your account as been connected. If you have multiple Amazon accounts, simply repeat this process for each account that you would like to connect to ZOOF.

NOTE: It can take 6-24 hours for ZOOF to import and process all data from your Amazon account. It usually takes closer to 6 hours, but please allow up to 24 hours just in case.

Connecting Your PPC Token to ZOOF

  • On this page, you'll see a section for Seller Accounts and one for PPC Accounts

  • In the PPC Accounts section, click Add Account

  • You'll be taken to your Amazon account in a new tab. If you're not signed in to Amazon, you may be asked to sign in before continuing.

  • Click the Allow button.

And... you're done! You will be taken back to ZOOF, and you will see your new PPC connection show up in the PPC Accounts section.

NOTE: As with the seller account connection, it can take a few hours to import and process your PPC data before you start to see it showing up in ZOOF. Please allow up to 12 hours for this.
