How to Reset Your Password

Forgot your password, or feeling like it's time for a change? No problem! Reset your password from either inside our outside your account

There are methods for resetting your ZOOF password:

  1. Using the Forgot Password page (if you're locked out of your account)

  2. From the My Account page in ZOOF (if you just want to change your password)

Reset Your Password Using the 'Forgot Password' Page

  • Enter the email address that you use to log in to ZOOF, and click Send Reset Link

  • You'll receive an email with an encrypted link to reset your password - click the link in the email to open the page on. which you can reset your password

  • On the Reset Password page, the email field will be pre-populated with the email address on your ZOOF account

  • Enter the new password you'd like to use in the New Password field and in the Confirm Password field

  • Click Reset Password

And... you're done! You'll be automatically logged in once your password has been reset, and you can now use the password you just set to log in to ZOOF in the future.

Reset Your Password Inside Your ZOOF Account

  • In the Password section, enter the password you currently use to log in to ZOOF in the Current Password field

  • Enter the new password you'd like to use in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields

  • Click Update Password

And... you're done! You'll see a green confirmation message in the bottom right corner of your screen, confirming that your password has been reset, and you'll be able to use your new password next time you log in to ZOOF.
